Moeke Mooren is also a great location for business meetings.

We offer various options for consultations or meetings.

For the use of a private meeting room, we charge a fixed room rental fee of €150 for a maximum of 3 hours, regardless of the number of people. Refreshments will be charged on a post-calculation basis. The room can be reserved from Monday to Friday.

For meetings of 4 hours or longer, our meeting package applies for 6 persons or more.

For a small meeting of up to 6 persons, you are of course also welcome to take a seat in a quiet spot in our restaurant area. Here you can discuss matters in peace and quiet, and refreshments will be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Sample programme for a 2-day meeting package

Day 1 – Meetings & relaxation
The meeting starts with a welcome in a private meeting room, where you can make use of the coffee corner with unlimited coffee and tea, infused water and snacks. The morning is reserved for meetings, followed by a short break.
This is followed by an extensive lunch around noon. The meeting continues in the afternoon, with a savoury snack served in the room. At the end of the day, the focus is on relaxation with an activity of your choice, such as bowling, XL Games or boules.
The day ends with a 3-course dinner. If desired, the evening can be extended with drinks and accompanying snacks.

Day 2 – Conclusion
After an overnight stay and breakfast, the second day will start with a concluding meeting session. Around noon, a catered lunch will be served, after which the programme will be quietly concluded.
