We have various meeting rooms, each with its own atmosphere and possibilities, suitable for training courses, meetings and multi-day gatherings. Our rooms can accommodate groups of 6 to 100 people. There is also a quiet spot in our restaurant area for small meetings of up to 6 people.

All meeting rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities, such as audiovisual support and free Wi-Fi, so that your meeting can run smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, we offer various meeting packages, ranging from a short four-hour meeting to fully catered multi-day packages. These include a welcome with our coffee corner, extensive lunch options and additional options to make the day complete.

After an intensive day of meetings, it is possible to stay overnight in our 4-star hotel, including a generous breakfast. This gives you plenty of space to continue working and relax in peace.

Sample programme for a 2-day meeting package

Day 1 – Meetings & relaxation
The meeting starts with a welcome in a private meeting room, where you can make use of the coffee corner with unlimited coffee and tea, infused water and snacks. The morning is reserved for meetings, followed by a short break.
This is followed by an extensive lunch around noon. The meeting continues in the afternoon, with a savoury snack served in the room. At the end of the day, the focus is on relaxation with an activity of your choice, such as bowling, XL Games or boules.
The day ends with a 3-course dinner. If desired, the evening can be extended with drinks and accompanying snacks.

Day 2 – Conclusion
After an overnight stay and breakfast, the second day will start with a concluding meeting session. Around noon, a catered lunch will be served, after which the programme will be quietly concluded.
