YOUR ROLE AS SOUS CHEF

As a Sous Chef at Moeke Mooren you work closely with our chef and manage the kitchen team. Together you ensure a flawless culinary operation. You have a crucial role in coming up with new menu items, using your talent and knowledge to continually surprise guests with innovative flavors and dishes. You are also responsible for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards within the kitchen.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Are you a real hospitable person with experience, do you manage the floor, do you maintain an overview and do you ensure that everything in the hotel restaurant is arranged down to the last detail? Become our new restaurant manager and provide an unforgettable experience for our guests!

YOUR ROLE AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER

As a restaurant manager, you are responsible on a daily basis for improving work processes and the guest experience, leading employees in a motivating manner and checking/correcting where necessary. You are also responsible for achieving both financial and qualitative objectives and you are cooperative on the floor. We are service-oriented and the guest is central in every respect. Because the happier our guests are, the more successful our great company.

WAT VERWACHTEN WIJ VAN JOU?

  • Ondernemerschap: Je ziet kansen, bent betrokken en je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, je gaat voor resultaat!
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende binnen de horeca of hotellerie. Ook in het aansturen van grote teams en/of een groot restaurant
  • Must: Je bent in bezit van sociale hygiëne en BHV. Ook heb je uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je kunt het concept snel eigen te maken zodat onze gasten een fijn verblijf hebben.
  • Leermeester is een pre maar geen must
  • Je bent helemaal een topper als je ook nog eens kennis hebt over cocktails, bieren en wijnen.
